Important poll on next season's kit colour

The Club have launched an important poll on the suppporter's preference of kit colour for next season.  This is your chance to have your say.  In addition to the official poll, TruroFans has also launched their own poll (top left corner of this site) to add further weight and assistance in this important decision.

You can vote by simply clicking the relevant "radio button" you agree with.  There is no need for registration.  It is basically one vote per person, but you can select multiple choices.  This may seem strange, but a vote for red and black, and a vote for existing white, would indicate that you want both colours, eg home and away.

(ps. any early bets as to the way this will go?)

  1. stay as we are and have an r&b away kit (QPR old skool red and black hoops would be nice!), the players all say they prefer the white number anyway

  3. bit of a limited choice really, how about building on the celtic tradition and borrowing Glasgow Celtic's green and white hoops if we need a new kit?

  4. Agree with posts above for white home and red/black away.
Red and black tigers somehow doesn't have the same ring to it !!

  5. yeah keep the white strip for home games, it's been with us up through the promotion push and is as much part of our identity as the old colours now. also why does TISA think they deserve such a big say? they bang on about 'Support the team Support Ourselves' but it seems a selfish attitude. the new owners should go with what they feel comfortable with anyway.

  6. at the end of the day I'm not bothered what colour the kit is I'm just pleased we still have a club to support thanks to Peter & Pep

  7. I don't think TISA are asking for anything other then 1 person one vote regardless of whether they are a member of TISA or anything else are they?

I am aware that they are paying 8 (eight) times more player sponsorship that any other company or individual so I don't think they can be called selfish

    2. I'm not sure what you are getting at by "making trouble again" ? This is not about Tisa anyway. Its about choosing a next season's strip. You might need to re=read the opening paragraphs of this post.

  12. As explained in the text, you can select more than one choice. As at 20.50pm tonight, 20 of the 104 individual voters have placed more than one choice within their vote, ie a vote for say, blue and white , or blue and black/red, or white and black/red etc. It's not a fiddle...honest mate. Ultimately it makes no difference to the final decision as the Club will only make a decision based on the Official Poll on the Official website, www.trurocityfc.co.uk

  16. The club are using one man one vote and it looks like TISA have gone for the Duckworth/Lewis method, at this rate our next kit will look like the BBC2 testcard

  20. A selection of 1st, 2nd and 3rd (if necessary) choice kits whatever the colours available to generate the maximum revenue for the club, like existing kits, with an attractive modern design.

I am sure the players know which kit they prefer, the one that makes them feel they are part of something special.
