PREVIEW, home to Chelmsford City, League, 3 pm, Saturday, 14 January 2012.
Flashpoint from the opening game of the season

TEAM NEWS. Lee on ED PALMER: "The League gave special dispensation for us to have him back for a further 28-day loan. I spoke to Ed and he was happy about that, but I have had a phone call from Martin Ling, the Torquay United manager, confirming that he is now in their squad because they have picked up a couple of injuries. So he is staying with Torquay. From our point of view, I am disappointed with the outcome, but of course we're talking about Ed's career and we wish him the very best. I hope he does well and I will be following his progress - and if he becomes available again I will certainly be very interested."

Ed Palmer sadly will not be returning this month

BARRY HAYLES back in squad for tomorrow after two-month injury lay-off. Lee: "Barry has been training on his own and had his first full session with us last night, so it's just a question of seeing how he reacts to that now as regards exactly how we use him against Chelmsford."
Barry last week at Welling

STEWART YETTON and TIM SANDERCOMBE: No change from previous updates. Both at least several weeks away from return to action. MARCUS MARTIN: in squad after training hard in both sessions this week after substitute's appearance at Welling last Saturday.

Last three results: lost 3-2 at home to Sutton United last Saturday, won 2-0 at Thurrock, won 1-0 at home to Thurrock. Truro won 1-0 at Chelmsford in opening game of season on August 13.
