THE WHITE Tigers came from behind to secure an excellent 2-1 victory at Hemel Hempstead Town to make it two wins in a row.
We had an early opportunity to take the lead when a corner found the head of Ben Gerring whose towering effort flashed just wide of the target.
It acted as a wake-up call for the home side who started to get into their stride with Ben Greenhalgh going close before James Kaloczi was denied by a smart save from Tom McHale.
The home side had the ball in the net when Charlie Sheringham touched home a header from close range but the offside flag ruled out his effort.
There was another save from McHale to deny Greenhalgh as he latched onto a through-ball but the resistance was finally broken five minutes from the break when a corner found the head of Tom Hamblin who made no mistake.
Their lead was almost doubled on the stroke of half-time but this time Hamblin was off target with his header.
Having been second-best for much of the opening period, The White Tigers came out for the second period with renewed vigour and determination.
We enjoyed the majority of possession and went close on a couple of occasions before Cody Cooke levelled matters as he guided the ball home just before the hour-mark.
It was a deserved equaliser and we went on to rattle the woodwork as we searched for the winner.
The all-important goal came on 82 minutes when Noah Keats was able to get in a low strike that evaded the 'keeper to complete our comeback and secure a hard-earned three points.
