Sad for you guys to go through the pain and grief of possibly losing your club.
ReplyDeleteI hope some Truro fans are genuinely looking into starting a "Phoenix club" if things turn out for the worst.
There are now 29 supporter-owned clubs in the Football League, 26 of which formed after Wimbledon fans created AFC Wimbledon in 2002.
If you haven't done so already, get some fans together and approach Supporters Direct to learn how to start your own supporter owned team.
My own team, AFC Rushden and Diamonds, is blitzing through its first season in the United Counties League. We're certainly aiming at returning the club to the Football League one day.
You may also want to contact Exeter City FC and see how they run things as a supporter owned club.
Good luck.
